Stewardship Staff and York Land Trust Volunteers will be painting blazes and placing signs on the trail system at Lafcadio’s Woods Preserve to facilitate safe visitor access on our trails. Volunteers will be working in teams of 3 and learning how to properly place signage and blazing to guide trail users without distracting from the natural character of the preserve.
Attendees should bring closed toed shoes, work gloves and water, and wear clothes they are comfortable getting paint on.
Participants will meet at the Fuller Forest Preserve parking lot.
