Join YLT staff for a morning of spring cleaning at Lafcadio’s Woods Preserve! We’ll be clearing debris from an old farm dump, picking up winter trash, and pulling invasive barberry and burning bush to help spruce up the preserve for the summer.
Participants should come prepared wearing work gloves, closed-toe shoes, long sleeves, and pants, and shoes suitable for hiking. Bring water and layers as needed. Tools and materials will be provided. This workday is free and open to the public with registration. Meet in the Fuller Forest Preserve parking lot.
