Full (Buck) Moon Yoga

Join us for an evening yoga class on July 21 when the Full Buck Moon occurs. This moon coincides with the time of year that the antlers of bucks (male deer) are in full growth mode. Darcy Specker of Cider Hill Yoga will lead this yoga session, and she brings more than a decade of yoga teaching experience, with a focus on vinyasa flow and the connection between breath and movement. Darcy seeks to help us connect more deeply to the present moment through gentle movement, and she believes that practicing in nature, like at our headquarters preserve, helps deepens that connection.

This program is free and open to the public with registration. Sign up here.

Class Level: All levels welcome, no experience required.

Equipment: Please bring your own mat 😊

Registration: Limited to 12 participants.
