Join Darcy Specker of Cider Hill Yoga for an all levels yoga class at YLT headquarters to celebrate the Spring Equinox! Darcy brings more than a decade of yoga teaching experience, with a focus on vinyasa flow and the connection between breath and movement. She seeks to help students connect more deeply to the present moment through gentle movement, and believes that practicing in and around nature deepens that connection.
